Sue Doughty heads to G8 rally with St Peter's School

Sue Doughty is travelling with pupils from St Peter's Catholic School in Merrow to attend the G8 rally in Edinburgh on Saturday 2 July.

Together with pupils and their teachers, Sue will be helping make a human white band around Edinburgh.

Sue said, "I'm delighted to be joining St Peter's in this peaceful demonstration to convince the world's most powerful leaders to cancel debt, promote fair trade and to increase their aid budget. It's fantastic that St Peter's has done so much to raise awareness of these issues amongst its pupils."

The pupils will also be doing Morris dancing during their trip.
