LOCAL MP SUE DOUGHTY RECEIVES HONORARY FELLOWSHIP

On Tuesday the 15th of June local MP Sue Doughty will receive an Honorary Fellowship from the General Council of the Chartered Institution of Wastes Management.

The certificate will be presented by Alistair Lamont, President of The Chartered Institution of Wastes Management at the Industry Dinner at the Grand Hotel in Torquay where their annual conference will be taking place.

Sue said "I am delighted to accept this fellowship. It is in recognition of the challenging work which I have undertaken in holding the Government to account on their approach to waste management and I look forward to working with the Institute in this field".
